Desirable Recommendations:

  • • Component surface should be pre-cleaned and free from oil / grease etc. at the time of use.
  • • Shaking the top surface of water, Pouring water into the bath from a distance. All are the reasons for foaming. This is because the surface agitates vigorously resulting in air getting trapped. However, if sufficient care is exercised foaming could be at its minimum. Maintaining a bath level to its highest position is a simple remedy to avoid formation of foam.
  • • The Inspection should be carried out in dark conditions (white light inside the dark area should be less than 20 Lux strength) with help of UVA Light of minimum intensity 1000 micro watt / sq. cm. at 15 inches from source.
